This project is a medical supply warehouse with offices and lounge area. Structure is of tilt-up concrete wall construction with truck dock height access at the rear of the building. Seven roll-up doors and dock levelers give ease for shipments and deliveries.

The warehouse has air conditioned receiving office along with wash down area and walk-in cooler.

X-Ray storage warehouse area is conditioned air with specialized 24 hour system. This will insure and maintain air specifications. There are automatic bi-parting doors between conditioned air and non-conditioned air warehousing.

Facility is complete with 6,000 square feet of air conditioned administrative offices.

Main warehouse is designed for high stack storage shelves with designed fire sprinkler system to meet NFPA.
