Gary Wilkes, Inc. was selected as construction manager. We assisted the owner in determining cost analysis, which included only hard costs of the project. We assisted the design professionals with build ability and made suggestions of details, which would be easier and less expensive to construct.

Gary Wilkes, Inc. ready checked the drawings. We defined the various scopes of work, advertised and received bids for the various scopes. We analyzed each proposal and awarded contracts to the best-qualified bidder. We scheduled the construction work and supervised each phase of construction throughout the project.
