Gary Wilkes is the founder and CEO of
Gary Wilkes, Inc. (GWI) a Construction
Management and Design/Build construction
firm with over 17 years of business in
Southwest Florida.
Under Gary’s leadership, GWI has built
over 25 churches and more than 250
projects for companies like Goodyear,
Saturn, Eckerd and SouthTrust Bank.
Gary graduated in the top five of his
class with a Bachelor of Science in
Construction Management and an
Associates of Arts in Building
Construction. He is also a graduate of
three pricing and design schools for
metal building construction.
The News-Press and Gulfshore Business
magazine have featured GWI, and Gary
remains on the media’s list of expert
sources for church and commercial
construction. Recently, Jack Miller,
president of Group Communications Inc.,
asked Gary to serve as a nationwide
mentor to the owners of church
construction companies across the United
States. Gary has also been a guest on
the radio show, Talking Construction.
Gary is a member and elder of Covenant
Community Ministries where he worships
with his wife and four children. In
addition, Gary is a team leader for Men
& Women of Action, a group that
specializes in the construction of
facilities for missionaries, orphanages
and new churches around the world.
Gary has a passion to help people make
the right decisions for their
construction needs. He lives by the
motto, “Your building built on time, on
budget—guaranteed.”

and Utility companies. Phase I
