This is a mini warehouse and storage facility project. Fifty percent of the area is air-conditioned. The project features state of the art security system with gate code and individual unit integrated. A 5,000 SF conventionally constructed administration building is a part of the project.

The construction is a pre-engineered metal building with reinforced masonry walls and a standing seam roof.

The project included site development and infrastructure to include water, sewer, site drainage and landscaping. The interior partitioning was included as was the interior finish. Air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical were part of our contract. The entire structure is monitored with smoke and heat detector and closed circuit TV.
