This project is a mini warehouse and storage facility. Fifty percent of the area is air-conditioned. The project features a state of the art security system with gate code and individual unit integrated. A 3,500 square feet conventionally constructed administration building was part of the project.

The construction is a pre-engineered metal building with reinforced masonry walls and a standing seam red roof.

The project included site development and infrastructure to include water, sewer fire lines, site drainage and landscaping. The interior partitioning was included as well as the interior finish. Air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical were part of our contract. The entire structure is fire sprinkled and monitored with smoke and heat detectors and closed circuit TV.
